This easy to use FREE Microsoft product for XP & Vista uses a multi-function wizard that guides you through just a few steps to develop a fully-contained movie file with your chosen photographs.
The steps are well documented and easy to follow: 1) import & edit pictures, 2) added titles, 3) narrate spoken commentary and customize pan and zoom, 4) add a music soundtrack and then 5) output a wmv video which will play with Windows Media Player, and can easily be converted to a DVD.
