Emailing a PowerPoint slide

Postby dermanh » Mon Sep 06, 2010 11:29 am

My setup is Win 7 on an HP Pavilion p6234f. In my Pictures library I have a PowerPoint series of slides. I would like to email one of the slides. Is this possible?

You could print the slide to "pdf" and email that. If you don't have a "pdf" print option, install "Cute PDF" and then print to that. The link to Cute PDF is http://www.cutepdf.com/download/CuteWriter.exe

Or what I use is Open Office. Once the slide show is open in Open Office Impress, i switch to the "slide sorter" tab and then click File/Export and save the individual slide and then I can send just that one slide. At least it works for me ;-} j

If my memory serves me right, I just go the that slide. do a Save As - other format, jpg, and Powerpoint will ask you ... all slides, or just this slide?

Saving just that slide as a jpg - then they can be emailed as a attachment or as am embedded picture.

Good luck,

Jack
